External Mods:
  • all extra steel removed from rear fenders
  • trimmed extra steel from below doors
  • Covering up trim job with custom nerf bars (to do list)
  • Trimmed the Rear of the front fenders at 45°s
  • Tail lights moved up into the body to prevent crushing
  • Put patch over vent below window (keep water from landing on heater core causing steam)
  • Pindle hitch in rear (tow strap attachment)
  • Horn, no longer '85 BMW 325e sounds like a real horn
  • Custom front bumper that is only 32" long, made out of 2x4x1/4" box steel, had to notch it to make room for the steering box
  • Outside of the vehicle coated with Yellow Durabak.

  • Corners of stock rear bumper (cut at 45° for looks)
  • Removed bottom of rear body panels (give a clean look)
  • Rear Leaf Springs after breaking 5 leafs on the two rear springs
  • Stock heater is not going back in after coating.

  • 10,000lb. hand winch (great if you don't have an electric one yet)
  • 25' of quality chain (DON'T use the cheap stuff from True Value Hardware, get quality chain that won't break, your LIFE could depend on it)
