Installation of a completely new wiring system into my toy. The board is made from 1/16th" thick steel. I've sprayed it with hammer finish paint. Don't really like the looks of it but not going to change it. I've gotten all my wiring and components from Waytek. On the board I've got a 10 circuit always on board and a 12 circuit switched voltage board. This board is powered by a relay from the always on board.
Here is the electrical panel that is mounted on my firewall. I'm not sure how it is going to work there because it is behind the air tube from the blower motor to the heater assembly.

Here is th circuit board, the switch board that is going to be under the radio, and the guage board that will be drilled once I buy the guages. Now it only has the start and ignition switch and the turn / bright lights indicators.

Here you can see where the switch and the guage board will go.

Here is the rad fan. Got it out of a '93 Ford Taurus with a 3.8lt. It has two speeds. I've installed two adjustable temp sensors so I can adjust what temp with turn them on. I have the low speed kicking on at about 170. I have a 180 temp thermostat. and the second will turn on around 185 or 190. I had it running on a hot day at 180 and it wouldn't move.

Here you can see the two temp sensor controlls. I've coated each of the boxes in liquid electrical tape. I'm hoping that will keep the mud and water out of the sensors and they will last.
Here is the panel where the gauges will be installed. I have the turn and brights indicators at the top. I used license plate holders that have LEDs in them. Green for the turn and blue for the brights. I have another for the check engine light when I put the TBI setup in it.
Here is the switch panel I made for it. It has Wipers on the left. Lights on the right. Main power on the left switch top row. Radiator fan on the bottom left one. I have the others for accessories. I need to use one for front heater blower and back heater blower, dome light, engine bay light, and rock lights.
