You can see that I've replaced the rear mounting surface with 1/8" steel bent into shape:

When I removed the dash I found out that it was held on by about 50 spot welds. It took about a hour to remove it. It was a real pain.
Here is the mess that called itself wiring system. Going to definatly make it a bit nicer in the future.
I've taken the gas take and tool box cover out. I'm lucky that the two winters in the north country hasn't done more damage than it has.
Here is the dash that came out. I'll sale it when I can dig it back out of my storage unit after I lost the garage when I got out of the military.
I took the whole front apart one piece at a time so I could get a good coating of durabak to help fight rust and corosion.
